We have comprehensive experience in the represenation of our clients before the Polish Patent Office, foreign Patent Offices and the European Intellectual Property Office in matters related to trademark protection. We represent our clients both in trademark registration proceedings and in disputes for invalidation or extinction of the registration right. We conduct legal proceedings related to violation of trademark rights.
