For many years, we have been successfully representing employers in legal proceedings regarding claims arising from an employment relationship, in particular as regards termination of employment, claims for payment of remuneration or damages, mobbing and violation of the competition ban and disclosure of business secrets. In addition, we provide support for employers in disputes with the Social Insurance Institution and the National Labor Inspectorate.
